Client Coordinator-Fort Worth-Commercial Insurance Consulting

We are an insurance consulting firm in the Hulen area of Fort Worth. You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining excellent phone skills. You’re excited by the challenge of connecting with clients, building relationships, and seizing opportunities.

Competencies: Strong phone skills speaking with insurance agents, contractors and clients. Strong organizational, time-management, excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. The ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines is a must.

Proficient computer skills including Google products (Gmail, Google Sheets, and others), as well as the ability to navigate Zendesk and our proprietary software, are essential.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating client contracts, contacting insurance agent/brokers for updated insurance information, special projects, assist Manager with various functions and other duties as assigned.
